Tabbouleh

I’ve been making tabbouleh for quite some time now and I’ve had several people ask me for my recipe and/or how to make it. So I figured I’d put together a video and upload it to YouTube!

I decided to borrow the style from FoodWishes.com, a video blog website that I very much enjoy visiting. His videos are much better than mine (but only because he’s had more practice).

You can watch it below or just head over to YouTube and watch it there. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup Bulgur Wheat, Fine Grain #1
1/3 cup Water
3 Beefsteak Tomatoes, diced
1 Large Cucumber, diced
1 Bunch Green Onions, diced
1 Bunch Flat Leaf Parsley, diced
Juice of 1 Lemon
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, equal to lemon juice amount
Kosher Salt & Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
