I’ve been making tabbouleh for quite some time now and I’ve had several people ask me for my recipe and/or how to make it. So I figured I’d put together a video and upload it to YouTube!

I decided to borrow the style from, a video blog website that I very much enjoy visiting. His videos are much better than mine (but only because he’s had more practice).

1/2 cup Bulgur Wheat, Fine Grain #1
1/3 cup Water
3 Beefsteak Tomatoes, diced
1 Large Cucumber, diced
1 Bunch Green Onions, diced
1 Bunch Flat Leaf Parsley, diced
Juice of 1 Lemon
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, equal to lemon juice amount
Kosher Salt & Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
